These terms apply to watersystemlogbook.com, including its free log sheets, calculators and guides. By using the site you agree to them.
Information, not advice
The guides summarize federal and state drinking water rules for general information. They aren't legal, regulatory, engineering or health advice, and they don't replace your state drinking water program, your system's permits or a certified operator. Rules change and states add their own requirements; you are responsible for knowing and meeting the requirements that apply to your system. Each guide lists its sources and when it was last reviewed.
Tools and calculators
The log sheets and calculators are provided free and as-is. We work to make them accurate, but you are responsible for checking results before relying on them, especially for reports you submit to a regulator. Nothing you enter is sent to us.
Using the log sheets
You may print, copy and use the log sheets for your own water system or for systems you operate, including for clients. Please don't resell them.
The iPhone app
Use of the Water System Logbook iPhone app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through your Apple Account; they renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. See the privacy policy for how the app handles data.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its tools or its content.
Links to other sites
We link to regulations, agencies and other sources for reference. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date.
